Jen specializes in neuromuscular therapy, which involves working specifically to improve postural issues, release holding patterns, address trigger points, soothe knots and relieve pain. This type of muscular therapy can be done while the client is fully clothed.
Private yoga sessions can consist of gentle beginner, restorative, chair yoga, prenatal, breathwork, guided meditation, and/or intermediate flow practice on a mat. Modifications are always made based on individual needs and abilities.
This type of sound therapy promotes physical and psychological healing by putting the body into a parasympathetic state, where the body can naturally repair and heal.
